** Felony Drug Arrest **
On Monday, September 29, 2025, the Kingman Police Department arrested Mathew Wilson Faumuina, 35 of Kingman, on multiple felony charges, including:
- Possession of Dangerous Drugs for Sale
- Possession of Narcotic Drugs for Sale (2 counts)
- Possession of Marijuana for Sale
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
- Misconduct Involving Weapons (2 counts)
- Fraud Schemes and Practices
The arrest followed an ongoing drug investigation. On September 29 detectives served a search warrant at Faumuina’s residence in the 400 block of Wilshire Avenue, where they seized:
- 2 firearms
- Over $1,000 in cash
- 2 lbs. of psilocybin mushrooms
- 16 grams of fentanyl powder
- 14 lbs. of marijuana
- 5 oz. of marijuana wax
- 40 pre-filled marijuana vape pens

Detectives also determined that Faumuina had been accepting Arizona EBT (electronic benefits) cards in exchange for illicit drugs.
Faumuina admitted involvement in the offenses and was booked into the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility.
